Sheri has proven her ability to create and drive organizational commitment for marketing strategies which have increased market share and business value for world class, global brands and services ranging from start-up to multi-billion dollar businesses.
Sheri has led the development of programs that have benefited from her expertise in: Brand Strategy and Positioning; Marketing Strategy Development; Customer Relationship Management; Customer Loyalty Program Development; Consumer Research and Insights, and; Product Development Direction. Throughout her career, Sheri has successfully built strong and compelling cases for investment in new approaches to reinvigorate brands and maximize business results – most recently in Fashion, Retail and Wholesale.
Sheri’s professional experience includes positions as EVP & Chief Marketing Officer at Saks Fifth Avenue, SVP & Chief Marketing Officer at Brown Shoe Company, EVP Marketing at Island Global Yachting, Vice President of Marketing at Monet Jewelry. Sheri began her retail career at Federated and her marketing career at Procter & Gamble. Sheri earned a B.S. in Fashion Retailing and an M.S. in Management from Purdue University. She has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as one of “Forty Under Forty” and “100 Most Powerful Minority Business Leaders.”
